Rebecca did an outstanding job communicating with me to achieve a design so much better than I originally imagined. She kept me up to date on deliverables and anticipated timing to complete, which was super helpful. This is my first time innovating a new idea and Rebecca helped make this a great first experience. I’ve already recommended the EPD team to another inventor friend of mine who has had less than desirable results using a different company.
